Matt Grayson is the founder of Grayco Partners and has worked in the real estate development and construction industry for more than 25 years.
His experience spans international business, real estate development, commercial and residential construction. Throughout his career, he has served as a senior project representative, executive, or partner on projects including the 1996 Atlanta Committee for The Olympic Games Athletes’ Village Operations Team, a $500 million mixed-use town center development, a $130 million 450-slip marina, a $135 million oceanfront resort hotel, a $100 million commercial litigation fund, as well as numerous commercial and residential construction projects.
Originally from Miami, Florida, and a graduate of Wofford College, Matt has lived and worked in the Charleston, South Carolina market since the early 1990s.
