Grayson led a $500 million mixed use town center project. From highly complex sitework to creating and running the Design Review Board and architectural review process, Grayson was the head and face of the project ~ throughout the community and with the local municipalities.

Scope included entitlements, land planning, negotiating the phased development and sales plan in a neotraditional neighborhood for the approved homebuilder, creation of parks, walking trails and open spaces, design, development and construction of commercial buildings and the completion of an interstate offramp through a Tax Increment Financing initiative.
